Coworking
Sure, the kitchen is available to all coworkers. Just remember to treat it as a shared facility and that, since it's in an open space, it's not possible to produce strong smells.
Choose a fixed desk in the Pro Area or a flexible one in the Flex Area, check in (only upon first access) and start working right away: wifi, coffee and shared spaces are all included.
For a single day the booking is not needed and you can just show up from Monday to Friday from 9:00AM until 6:30PM. For subscriptions and meeting rooms we suggest you to book in advance.
Yes. A daily pass in Area Flex includes one hour of meeting room for your calls, no subscription required. If you want, you can access also for half a day.
Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM. Pro Area members get 24/7 access with an electronic key starting from their second month. We open occasionally on weekends for events organized by us of by someone who rents the space.
Besides booking a meeting room, we have a flex area where you can take calls from your desk, as long as you keep your voice low and use headphones. This area is close to the convivial space, where other people may be talking too. Everyone in the space should keep in mind they're not the only ones using it — mutual respect is our basic rule.
Our coworking space isn't fully accessible on your own. We're on the ground floor of an 18th-century building, and that prestige comes with a few access challenges. Wheelchair access is possible, but you'll need to let us know in advance so we can open the carriage gate, since the pedestrian entrance has a step at the bottom. The office itself is a the access courtyard level, so there's no issue there, but we don't have an accessible bathroom — reaching the closest more suitable one requires help getting over a single step.
Pricing
A desk in the Pro Area costs €140/month, with unlimited meeting room use, wifi, wired internet, storage space and 24/7 access from the second month. If you prefer a flexible use, the desks in Flex Area starts at €15/day, 100€ the first month and 80€ for the next ones.
Yes. If you have to make an in person meeting, the Basic Room (up to 5 people) costs €10/hour, the Business Room (up to 10 people) €15/hour. If you need to make a call you can book any room and pay only 4€/hour. With a flexible desk subscription, some hours are already included every week.
Yes: the 20 half-day Flex Area pass (€100, valid 6 months) and the weekly/monthly subscriptions include meeting room hours at a lower rate than buying them individually.
Wifi, use of common areas and the fully equipped kitchen, free coffee and tea, shared printers (0,10€ per page). Included meeting room hours vary depending on the plan.
Events
Write or call us with the dates and time you need: we'll confirm availability and price. You'll find the full price list on the Prices page.
Yes: the kitchen is available to set up outside catering or a food service for your event.
No, unfortunately the courtyard of the palace is not usable for events. We care about respecting the residents of Palazzo Castrofilippo and the courtyard is a shared space that requires consideration for them.
There are no fixed limits, contact us and we'll figure it out together.

Drop by or write us: we'll walk you through how membership works and how to apply.
